Autumn yoga series

Autumn has just arrived here in Aotearoa, which means it’s time to take care of our joints. As the weather cools down, dryness can occur throughout the body’s systems. While it often first shows up in the skin, our joints can be affected too. That’s why I’ve put together this Iyengar yoga series for Autumn. Work with these āsanas, either as a sequence or as individual postures, to lubricate the joints and release the front groin. It’s great paired with simple backbends also.
